Too few leads? Doing more helps only if the approach works. Review whether the constraint lies in the product, the teaser or offer, the channels, or the level of activity before committing more resources.
Assess one customer segment at a time. Rate each activity using recent evidence on lead volume, response, qualification, and cost. A 5 means you see no room for improvement; if evidence is missing, treat that as a review priority.

YOUR ASSESSMENT
Start with your lowest-scoring activities
Any activity rated 1 or 2 deserves attention, even when your overall score is high.
Review the business model before doing more
Your lowest scores identify where to investigate. They do not tell you whether to change the product, the teaser, the channel, or the level of activity.
- Review the evidence. Compare the lead flow you need with actual reach, response, qualification, and cost by segment and channel. Include customer feedback and identify gaps in your knowledge.
- Assess your options. Compare changes to the target segment, product or offer, teaser and value proposition, channels, and activity level. Examine their dependencies and trade-offs.
- Formulate your assumptions. State why each change should improve results and what evidence would challenge that belief.
- Define the test activities. Specify the audience, measures, time frame, and criteria for continuing, revising, or stopping.
- Allocate the resources. Assign an owner and commit the budget, time, skills, and partner capacity required to run and evaluate the test.
For example, test a problem-focused teaser against a feature-focused one with comparable audiences in the same channel. Assess response quality as well as volume. Scale when the evidence supports it; investigate other options when it does not.
This is a self-assessment, not a validated benchmark. The score indicates where a closer review may be useful; it does not establish the cause of a problem.
