The International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA) is an open non-profit association of experts, companies, and research institutes with the goal to foster software product management excellence across industries.
On March 24th and 25th, 2020, the ISPMA will hold its annual European Software Product Management Summit in Frankfurt, Germany.
On Wednesday, March 25th at 11:25 am I will give a presentation entitled Challenges Associated with International Expansion.
Based on my upcoming book Going Global on a Shoestring, I will discuss the product challenges that software companies face as they cross borders. I will present and discuss different approaches to managing localization and supporting country-specific requirements.
In my presentation, I will give examples of how different companies approach the task and summarize the parameters on which the choice of new markets can be based.
In the lecture, there will also be a new angle where I show research indicating that innovative products are being disseminated at varying speeds in different countries.
Why would that be?
The conference will be held at the Hotel NH Collection Frankfurt City, located in the middle of the city.
